By proceeding with a purchase or a custom request you agree to the following terms, which outline how we’ll work together and what you can expect from you digital gift experience.

Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
Payment must be made in full before or upon delivery. Because all products are digital and/or custom-made, all sales are final. Once work has begun or a product has been delivered, refunds are not available. *Refunds may be considered only if work has not yet begun, or if the client provides a clear explanation of their situation.
Edits & Revisions
Customer satisfaction is important to me! If you’re unhappy with your product, please contact me ASAP, and I’ll do my best to offer a solution — whether that’s a revision, a fix, or a small adjustment. Most custom orders include free revisions. However, if a revision requests become significantly more complex or extend beyond the original scope, additional edits may incur a small fee. I’ll always communicate this in advance so there are no surprises.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to: lack of communication, unreasonable requests, unprofessional behavior, rudeness, an inability to meet the client’s needs, or when a compromise cannot be reached. My goal is to ensure a positive and productive working relationship, and I can not proceed with services if these expectations are not met.
Notice: Certain customizations are limited due to legal restrictions
I typically handle sourcing all necessary elements for your project, with the exception of personal images or videos you wish to provide. If you request the inclusion of specific music, graphics, images, videos, fonts, or any other media, they must be royalty-free and approved for commercial use. Any assets you supply should not be under restrictive licenses or require attribution unless explicitly stated and agreed upon. This ensures your project remains compliant with legal usage requirements.
